We specialise in small (100 – 1000) contact campaigns for highly targeted products/services for medium/high value or complex products.

OUR APPROACH TO DIRECT MARKETING

• We only take on projects where we know we can realistically achieve a good return for our client.

• The client has full approval of all data and scripts used in any campaign

• We take a detailed brief from our clients which covers the type/size of organisation, type of decision maker, the geographical area, messages to be delivered, the desired outcomes of the calls, the precise methodology and the reporting and data capture.

• We do not “hit and hope “ if necessary we prefer to reduce numbers of contacts and increase the quality and effectiveness of response by better research prior to making contacts.


• We do not do “telesales” our campaigns are integrated campaigns using outbound and inbound telemarketing – email and snail mailshots plus field sales if necessary to achieve highly qualified sales opportunities
• Our marketers are experienced, mature operators who are IT literate.


• We work in the UK, Europe and can quote for worldwide campaigns Many of our operators are multilingual in the major European languages.


• A full marketing plan is worked out for every campaign with check stages to see that all campaign objectives are achieved.

METHODOLOGY


We use a combination of scripting targeting, desk and tele-research to target suitable organisations and key decision makers within organisations. Outbound calling to present the product and email/fax or snail mail marketing to reinforce the initial call. Follow up calls to progress the sales cycle to further contact or face to face meetings
